If you are completely new to exercising, make sure you've had a quick check up with your health professional to make sure you're good to go. While these sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build a great base fitness, they will get your heart rate up and become slightly more challenging as the weeks progress.

In this Get Started section, we've included instructions on how to upload your workout files directly into your Zwift account, so if you're not sure how to do this or you aren't working with a smart trainer, make sure you go to the downloadables section and grab the guide so you can get started straight away.

Smart trainers are pretty awesome, but don't worry if you aren't using one. We have also put these workout sessions into a weekly written program for you to follow on any wind trainer - so even if you don't have Zwift or a heart rate monitor, you can still join us from the comfort of your own home!

You will get 3 custom workout sessions as well as videos, training tips and a supportive online community to share your progress with.
